Thank you for shopping with The Autel Shop! We strive to offer high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please carefully review our return and refund policy below.


No Returns on Special Orders

Special orders are made specifically for you and are non-refundable. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before making a purchase.


Scanners – Unopened and Brand New Only

Due to the nature of electronics, scanners must be returned brand new and unopened to qualify for a refund. Once opened or used, electronic items are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they may no longer be resellable.


Restocking Fees

For returned items that are not defective or damaged, a restocking fee of up to 50% may apply. This fee helps cover the costs associated with inspecting, restocking, and repackaging the item. Restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.


Refunds for Eligible Products

Refunds are available for eligible products (excluding special orders, used scanners, and items that incur restocking fees). Once your return is approved and the item has been received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or request a refund, please contact us at contact@gotmytools.com with your order number and reason for return. If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please note: returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. If the return is approved for damaged or defective items, we will issue a full refund after inspection.


Exchanges

For exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get the right item is to return the original item for a refund and place a separate order for the new item.


Sale Items and Gift Cards

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable and are considered final sale.


Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. Items that have been used, opened, or damaged will not be accepted for return.


Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
